Since joining Stahl & DeLaurentis in 2012, Erica’s practice has primarily consisted of specializing in general liability defense and medical malpractice litigation.
Erica graduated cum laude from Towson University in 2004, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2008. Before she joined Stahl & DeLaurentis, Erica focused on employment litigation on behalf of both employees and employers. She also represented long-term healthcare providers and facilities in various aspects including regulatory compliance and liability defense. Erica has actively participated in all stages of litigation, including civil jury trials. She is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania
