Stanley P. Stahl, Ret.

Stan has taken more than 250 cases to verdict since his civil trial practice began, with extensive experience in all of our areas of casualty work. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney in the State of New Jersey, he has been recognized with a 2004 Trial Bar Award, “For Distinguished Service in the Cause of Justice” presented by TANJ.

Stan graduated from New York Law School in June of 1970, and served four years in the U.S. Navy as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, trying criminal cases. Upon release from active duty, Stan began his insurance defense practice, which continued for thirty-four years. He formed this firm with Dominic DeLaurentis in 1997.

Stan presently teaches Pre-Trial Advocacy, Trial Advocacy and a new course he designed in Medical Malpractice Litigation, as a full-time Visiting Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law – Camden. He serves in an “of counsel” capacity at the firm.
