These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at stahl-delaurentis.com (the “Site”), operated by Stahl & DeLaurentis, P.C. (“Stahl & DeLaurentis,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon a written engagement agreement signed by the Firm. These SMS terms apply if you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Stahl & DeLaurentis, P.C. By opting in, you agree to the following:
Program Description
Stahl & DeLaurentis, P.C. may send text (SMS) messages related to your inquiry, consultation requests, appointment reminders, case-related communications, and responses to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Consent
You will only receive text messages after you have expressly opted in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, consultation, or legal service. Your consent applies only to the mobile number you provide.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates for messages sent and received apply according to your plan. Stahl & DeLaurentis, P.C. does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to Opt Out — STOP
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did originally.
How to Get Help — HELP
For assistance or more information about the SMS program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at (856) 380-9200. Replying HELP will return contact information for the Firm.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Neither Stahl & DeLaurentis, P.C. nor any mobile carrier is responsible for messages that are delayed, misdirected, or not delivered.
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Firm. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
